Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays), provided payment has been confirmed.
- If you select Professional Installation as an add-on, additional scheduling time may apply.
Shipping Regions & Carriers
- We ship domestically across Australia using reputable couriers (e.g., Australia Post, StarTrack, or equivalent partners).
- For remote or regional areas, additional delivery time or surcharges may apply.
Shipping Rates
- The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight/size.
Delivery Timeframes
- For metro areas: estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- For regional or remote areas: up to 7–10 business days, depending on distance and courier reach.
- Delays caused by external events (weather, customs, pandemics) are outside our control; we’ll notify you if issues arise.
Tracking & Notifications
- After dispatch, an email or SMS notification will be sent including a tracking number and courier link.
- You can monitor the parcel’s progress until it arrives at your address.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
- Please inspect goods immediately upon delivery before signing for the parcel (where applicable).
- If the parcel is visibly damaged, decline acceptance or note damage on the delivery paperwork and notify us within 48 hours.
- In the event of lost or missing shipments (per courier scanning records), we will lodge an investigation and either reship your order or refund (depending on stock availability).
International Shipping (if applicable)
- Additional duties, taxes, and import fees may apply; these are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers should check their local customs regulations before placing an order.
