Installation Instructions

• Do not install inside walls, underground, ceiling space, in inaccessible locations or externally.
• Turn off the water supply.
• Install on hot or cold water supply.
• Clean all connecting threads.
• Flush lines if necessary.
• Flush the No Burst Flexi.
• Hand tighten threads plus another half turn with spanner.
• Monobloc thread to be hand tightened only. No half turn with spanner required.
• Minimum radius – 60mm.
• Do not stretch, twist, kink, expose to naked flame, corrosive agents, over tighten nuts or connect directly onto hot water heaters.
• Turn on water and check for leaks.
• Ensure that the flexi hose is not twisted during the installation.
• To prevent the connections becoming loose and causing a leak, secure the ferrule of the nut when connecting onto the stop valve or thread to avoid twisting the flexi hose and forcing the opposite connection from unscrewing. When connection is complete, check both points to ensure that they not un-screwed.
• Ensure that the flexi hose is not twisted during the installation.
